Cogne apartments are owned by Mr. Berard Armando’s family. He is from Aosta Valley and is an ex-miner, who, as a young pensioner after the closure of Cogne mines, dedicated his time to building Gimillan and Epinel houses with his own hands for his three children.

The apartments are self-contained and the Berard’s have beautifully furnished them to welcome tourists and travellers in one of the most beautiful valleys in Aosta Valley.
The apartments are available all the year round.

None of the family members has ever had legal problems.
