Prices have to be
directly arranged according to the stay and to the
season.
• Stay beginning/ end
Unless otherwise arranged, the week is intended
to go from Sunday to Sunday. You cannot check in
until 4 o’clock p.m. and you have to check
out before 11 o’clock a.m.
• Deposit and agreement
€ 250 deposit for each apartment.
As far as long stays are concerned, i.e. longer
than 30 days, the rent agreement has to be registered
and half of the registration charges has to be paid
by the client. It is possible for you to require
an inspection copy of the agreement.
We make an inventory of the contents of each apartment.
It has to be compulsorily signed before we give
the keys to the client and it has to be controlled
before you check out.
• Cleaning
Final cleaning: from € 40 to
€ 80 according to the surface.
Unless otherwise arranged, the cleaning has to be
compulsorily done at least once a week by a staff
chosen by the owners. |
